What starts off as an innocent conversation about public institutions, escalates into a plan to kill two detectives, a judge and Busy B. Ody, the notorious journalist with the local rag, The Nose. Ms. Stinky and her associates have a terrible time planning the murders but none will even entertain the idea that their substance abuse may be part of the problem. Foxy takes an unplanned holiday to Afghanistan and, surprisingly, Ms. Stinky avoids jail.
